Last Friday @ work I nearly lost my jeans, jeans that a month ago were too tight! Yesterday I went to the mall & bought myself a new pair of jeans, a size smaller than I was before I got pregnant with my youngest who is now 16 months old! Yay for small successes.

    wow thats fantastic news :)
  • Its a great feeling isnt it !
I am down to UK size 18 now from UK size 24.......in 16 weeks
buying new jeans makes me smile as they surely are the most unforgiving item of clothing and a good barometer of weight loss !
    well done hun x

Congrats!! I agree with you and mrsmartin5 - jeans are the best gauge as they don't give, usually! What drives me crazy is that you have to try on them ALL on, as no 2 pairs of jeans fit the same... right? What fits you good in a size 12 in one style may be too big in another style, crazy! But.. if they all fit really good then you can estimate your true size. I love having to go down to the next size, it's such an accomplishment - you should be really proud of yourself! Woo hoo... keep up the good work!!

Great Achievement - I was wearing size 22 jeans in January. Now just got into some size 10s - amazing - wore them last night and enjoyed it so much I didn't have pudding - great for keeping you on the straight and narrow :)

I find it very motivating having a big window (which I use as a mirror) near my fridge - makes me stop and look before choosing my food!
