Feeling so excited to be going kayaking with my sister today. If someone would have told me 10 years ago I would be kayaking and running on the treadmill every day I would have laughed at them. My success is strong!! My determination is fierce! From 420 pounds to 180 this girl is on fire!

I am in Maine, our morning started out beautiful and sunny. Then the clouds came in and the wind picked up making the water a little choppy. All in all it was a great day.
