Advice about flabby abs please

Hello I've been excersizing and doing this since 2019 sep lost 2 stone I was 12,13 am now 10 stone 5 I ended up with abs but there flabby like fat Abs so you can see like a 4 pack but it's not hard it's flabby lol still need to loose another like 1 and half stone will this start to go hard after a while I workout 65 min a day to Jessica Smith YouTube and do weights I'm 5ft 1
Eat alot of protein chicken, eggs fish beef and veg and rice and stuff like that I do have chocolate and fruit and sometimes sweets like it fits into my calories I'm on 1,200 calories a day

Based on your pictures, your have done great and lost a lot of weight. You still have a decent amount of fat over your abs. This is not atypical for ladies. If you want more defined abs, you want to lose more body fat until they are showing. And exercise them so that the muscles are developed.
That being said, you have made great progress, improved your health and to have defined abs is really just a vanity thing.5 -
