I'm 162cm, which is 5"3-5"4. I want to trim and tone up my body so that I can look and fell better. My goal is to be healthy and happy, and I could use some encouragement!

I'm looking for friends, any friends at all! It doesn't matter how tall you are or what your weight is. Just knowing that I have some wonderful people to inspire me and keep me going is enough motivation :) So please add me as your friend, and also know that you guys are beautiful no matter what your appearance :)
