Mama balancing weight loss and body positivity

Hi there! I’m a mom to two littles and am one week post weaning the youngest and am excited to own my body again. I’ve had a very long journey of yo-yo-ing and have been pregnant/breastfeeding and with major food restrictions due to allergy babies. I’ve had great success with MFP before but never used the community feature. Maybe getting involved will help! I want to be more healthy, active, and lose a few pant sizes but I want this to be full of self love and body positivity as I’m not going to find success hating myself into it. Any other mamas trying to model healthy food habits and self love out there?

    In the same boat. Would love to get to a point of consistent self love and acceptance...if not for me then for my babies to see. They deserve to know it can be done.
