Do Fuji Apples have cholesterol

My current favorite breakfast is a fruit bowl with oat groats. I use berries, orange or pineapple and a fuji apple. When I logged the food to my diary it says that my apple has 5 g of cholesterol. So I am over my daily goal for cholesterol everyday. I didn't think that fruit had cholesterol. Not sure if it's a glitch in the system or maybe I shouldn't be eating fuji apples.

No they dont. Cholesterol is only found in animal based products. Keep enjoying your apples.8

Search the food database for “Fuji Apple usda”. What does that entry say?7

No, here is the nutrient breakdown for fuji apples: https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/167793/nutrients
MFP food entries are user-entered, and sometimes they're wrong. Like @quiksylver296 mentioned, the usda entries tend to be more accurate. Usually you'll see them listed like "apples, raw, fuji", which is the syntax the usda uses in their database.5 -
Thank you all! I switched out the fuji apple option that I was using for fuji apple usda. No more cholesterol. On the road to a healthier me and i love my fujis.2
