WHO WE ARE:
Our group was founded by @Navydaddjtc @Fitness327wk AND @shbarbor IN JANUARY 2O2O. We added a fitness motivator this past month who also is a Tri Athlete @Djproulx and he will share his experiences and advice on fitness and exercise. We have now grown to 39 active members. Our vision is to help members lose weight, increase fitness,
and gain confidence.
WHAT WE DO:
The group is one team We conduct themed challenges throughout the month to help
grow, inspire, and maintain motivation. We weigh in and report weekly to gauge our
success.

YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT
You can change your weigh-in day later if you decide. We are easy like that!
The registration Captain will register you to the team and give you the team thread information.
Start then you star posting on the teams main thread, and we will guide you through everything!

emphasize support and accountability. We are here for you and for the long haul.

I was struggling with my weight, cooking ideas and fitness until we created: WE ARE THE WARRIORS! I have the support and motivation now from this fantastic group!I have lost twenty pounds.

I remember when I had joined MFP looking for a group for support! I wanted to lose weight and also have challenges to keep me motivated. I had tried a group (not mentioned ) prior and I didn’t feel the support like I do with WE ARE THE WARRIORS!
Even if you don’t have any weight to lose you can join our cheer squad! We have an awesome fitness, food (recipes) and our team challenge that change monthly!

I love the We are the Warriors group. When I followed them I lost weight steadily, but when I took a break, weight crept up!! This team is so supportive and welcoming!0
