I'm back after several years gone & none of my friends from that time are active anymore. I find it motivating to be friends with people who are goal oriented & I really enjoy seeing peoples workout status' update in the feed. It's a huge motivator.0

It’s been a minute but I’m back into full affect 💪🏼. I miss my old friends I made on here.....if you’re still around add me! I’m into clean eating, cardio, light weights, and I’m competitive on closing my rings. I’ve been doing good on slimming down but bad on adding muscles. Still a work in progress with only a 2-3 pounds left to go! I love the motivation I get on here and of course making friends. Don’t be shy to add me 😜.
