Whatever works to help you reach your calorie deficit.4

Nope. People can lose weight eating high, moderate, or low amounts of all the macronutrients. Weight loss is created by a calorie deficit. To ensure your good health, you do want to make sure you're getting the fat and protein that you need. Many people find that certain macronutrient goals make a calorie deficit more pleasant, so that's something to consider. The thing is, it isn't one size fits all. Many people report that eating more protein makes them feel fuller, while others don't notice a real difference. Same with fat: it really makes a difference for some people, others not. I personally prefer to get about 60% of my calories from carbohydrates, while others wouldn't be satisfied doing that at all.

No - just like there isn't a specific macro ratio or set of percentages to get fat.3

Thank you so much you all really helped me out0

No, and beyond getting sufficient protein I wouldn't at all equate macros alone with nutrition.2
