Yes! It’s a wild ride (read: SUPER uncomfortable sometimes) but counting and tracking calories on here has been the only way I’ve been able to make any meaningful progress.1

what does "Restrictive Food Intake Disorder" mean? does it mean that you don't feel like eating or skip meals during the day? or that you don't feel hungry often?0
