Rewards for hitting goals

I have about 20 lbs to lose but I'm trying to put my focus in increasing my activity levels, weight lifting, completing workouts. My ultimate goal is body recomposition rather than just the number.

I've sat down and worked out some goals, both minimum activity levels for the week, and for hitting my goal workouts. They're not overly challenging but I'm trying to build habits and not overwhelm myself. I'm just a bit stuck for rewards for hitting goals. I need to be reward focused otherwise I tend to be really mean to and about myself. But I'm a bit stumped for ideas that aren't food related.

So, how do you reward yourself for hitting your goals? Both those regular ones that you are looking to repeat and ingrain as habits, but also when you hit those bigger targets.

I'm also looking to get some friends on here, so feel free to add me

I got a visa gift card recently and rather than use it, I stuck it to my wall and am using it for hitting my first goal of -20 lbs too. I reason that I could buy a cute outfit or something then which would boost my confidence and be a non food reward.

Some other ideas I've mulled over include: tattoos, piercings, small gifts from amazon that I wouldn't ordinarily get but would 'splurge' on as a reward. I have way too many books or I'd go on a spree for that. It's difficult in quarantine because you can't exactly take yourself to the movies or anything. :/a
