Let’s share our goals by the end of this year!

New mom with 2 kids(19 months and 3 months old) from Japan! After having 2nd kid this March my weight hit the heaviest in my whole life and decided to change my lifestyle to be healthy an d fit for my kids.
Right now I weigh 87kg and my final goal is to be 60kg with 20% body fat!! But I want to be under 70kg at the end of this year!!
I started exercise program called Focus T25 and eating 1200 - 1500 kcal a day!
Hope to get some comments and motivate each other :) thanks

    Go girl. You can do it. I am rooting for you.

    In my case, I want to lose about 8% of body fat by the end of this year. I sit somewhere around 29-30% body fat but not a whole lot of weight to lose. Its all in my abdomen. I also want to be able to do 10 clean push ups and handstand before my 31st birthday which is about 7 months after. I am starting a strength plan from today and eating at maintenance with 0.8 g of protein per lb (I have been overeating my entire life)

    We are around the same start weight looking at the same end goal weight too. I started gaining weight when I moved in with my partner and his kids, so I'm learning to change my food habits to match a family dynamic.

    I aim to be less than 75kgs by the end of the year.
