MFP not syncing with Fibit

For the last couple of days, my Fitbit device and app have been working perfectly, however my MFP app is not saying I have done any steps and not recording any of my exercise. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, restarted my phone, disconnected and reconnected the Fitbit Tracking on MFP app but nothing has worked. I have tried adding exercises manually to see if this will kick start MFP app to add steps and exercise but nothing has worked.

    This is a recurring issue and problem. I am having the same issue.

    It is a documented issue that has been acknowledged in their Technology Support since June 5th. They don't have a fix yet but users disconnecting and reconnecting have created a larger backlog. They need to a better job of informing people that it is a problem on MFP not individual's devices etc.

    Same issue here. Very frustrating. Come on MFP ! I've been with you for years and this is the worst time I can remember. At least you could let us all know and avoid everybody wasting time and patience on uninstalling and reinstalling etc.
