Newbie here!

Hi there all! I'm new here. Not so much to the fitness and health world...I was in the best shape of my life until 2018 when I was hit with a lovely round of pneumonia and strep A (flesh eating disease) in my lung. After three weeks in hospital and nine months on antibiotics, my mental state was as low as the root cellar in an old abandoned home.

Now, I'm in a place where I feel like I am ready to go again. I'm here for support and accountability and fun!
