So here I go again...
Was going great until the Rona hit then packed on about 40lb. Work way too many hours. Got to get back to the gym and log everything.
New smart watch to track steps workouts etc. I got this! Just cant sort out how to drag Samsung Health data over to MFP for easier logging.
Anyways! Lets get busy people!

I was just saying the same thing to myself this morning. If I don't start now....when...when I'm 300 pounds, 400??? When is enough enough? Well today I answered that question and said now is enough. Now is the time.
