What do people log their 30 day shred as ?

I log it as Circuit Training - General for 20 minutes. I read on here somewhere that it's the most accurate and I don't have a heart rate monitor

I created my own exercise and just added the calories my HRM says.

i used to log it as 27 minutes of circuit training and it said i burned 210 calories. Now that I have an HRM, I come to find out that I'm burning about 120-130 calories on level 3.

Before I got my HRM, I used Circuit Training-General for 20 minutes. Once I got my HRM, I created an exercise.
