Need motivation to get your daily steps in?
This is a monthly challenge to get your steps in. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - You set what your daily/monthly step count is. You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.
You will need a step counter, i.e., FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin or whatever other tracker you use, to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.
