Hi! I am starting my journey again after a few months off. I perfer to weight in on Wednesdays. I need to lose 75 pounds 🙄. So long journey ahead. Plan to continue this for remainder of year. Seeing if any of you log on Wednesdays? Join here so we can motivate each other!!
What I am doing now: since weather is nice here we have been taking 3-5 mile walks.

I knew it would be bad. I was good with my walk on Wed and Thursday. But, Friday through weekend was eating poorly. Lots of junk food and ice cream. I was higher on Saturday. But, got back to better diet yesterday. No matter how much you excerise you cannot undo a bad diet!

Could I join you. I need to get myself motivated to lose the lockdown pounds. I want to lose about 2 stone in total and I'm currently very poor when it comes to willpower! Used to run a lot but currently only doing once a week so going to try and up it to 3x. Planning to hit an average of 10000 steps a day whatever, and I'm going to try the 30 day shred (if I can find a link to the video!). My aim is to lose 2 stone... I'm not very good at losing weight!
So starting weight today - I'll weigh again Wednesday to align with you and I'll add you as a friend 😊

Yesterday, I weighted myself and was 197.4🤔. I had a late salty and heavy carb meal last night. Maybe catching up to me now. But, all is good! As long is it's trending down, I am happy. Happy Hump Day!
