The final 25 lbs

I’ve been trying(not hard enough tbh) to lose this last bit of weight for over a year...
I’m damn tired of seeing my weight fluctuate every week. I make progress only to bounce back to square one. It’s tiring. I’ll admit that my lack of self discipline & accountability is the problem here.

From tomorrow I will be posting my weight everyday until I hit my goal.

- Current weight: 158 lbs (72kgs)
- Goal weight: 130 Ibs (58kgs)

I’m 24f - 5’7 if anyone’s wondering. Feel free to join! :)

    I’m PMS-ing & I’m sure I didn’t lose 2kgs overnight. Also I weighed myself straight after my last meal of the day, was bloated - so it wasn’t accurate.

    Your current and goal are close to mine but I’m 5ft5.
    My weight today is 159.6 and my goal is my pre baby weight of 120-130lb.

    That's very similar to my goal. 5'9 and my goal is 135 if I shrink in right places. Could do 140 otherwise. I've gone down to 148 last year, but with no open gyms/ lesser diet motivation, gone back up to 160. The worst is that the weight came back 80% on stomach, 20% elsewhere. Not a good look :/
    I've been clean eating now 4 days but it takes my body 3 weeks to adjust. We got this!!

    Ugh tell me about it, the fat only stores around my belly and arms.

    5 days in, I lost the 5lb water weight gain. It's not real fat but having mostly stomach fat gains, it's nice to deflate a little 🙈.
    Also I don't own good scales (old scale), mostly weighed in at the gym to save sanity, so I'm not obsessing over numbers.

    Aw well done! Yes numbers should not be obsessed over. My weight has not moved a lot as I’m still PMS-ing - retaining water. But I don’t allow it to affect me because I’ve been eating at deficit.

    Once my period starts, the numbers will go down.
