Hi all! I'm new to this website; it was recommended to me by a woman I met at a department store who has lost a coupe hundred pounds to date - WOW!

I'm getting better already at eating healthy foods and exercising, though I still can improve a lot. But I'm not good at portion control at all, so I'm really hoping I can stick to the calorie tracking here and lose weight once and for all! I think the key to staying on the wagon is giving support to and having support from friends, so I also hope I can make some friends here who are on the same path as me!

    Hi there! I'm brand new to this, today is day one. I am promising myself this time will be THE time I finally lose weight. My goal is 30 pounds. I am also a fellow wine lover and must say I'm not looking forward to this weekend. WAHHHHH!! I guess I will just
    cut back on calories and exercise so that I can fit in a few glasses of wine. Good luck to you.
