Help with food/meal optiobs

Hi,
So upgraded to premium & am doing macro meal plan for weight loss. So I am focusing on a 45/35/25 ratio, but I am struggling in picking what foods to reach these goals. Any suggestions for foods to help reach these ratios consistently. Thank you in advance!!

I use allrecipes for ideas, because it has an "ingredient search" --when I don't want to go to the store. So depending on what your food preferences are, you could build a weekly rotation. Full nutrition is available for each recipe:
