During my Father's Day dinner my daughter took my phone and downloaded the MFP app. since then Ive lost 11 pounds and never looking back at 190+. in fact i'm closing in on the 170s. Today i ate a 500 calorie breakfast and i feel stuffed. The cool part about it is i jogged 602 calories off this morning (exercise is THE key to weight lose). tomorrow is the experiment. I'm going to eat basically the same breakfast with 1/3 less portion and shave off 225 calories..I'm literally having fun with this and I havent felt in this gooda shape in 30 years. if you are commited and want a little help, just friend me.
