    saturday mornings; after a forgotten dinner on friday night, waking up feeling half starved, lying in bed running my hands over my sunken in stomach, pertruding hip bones, my ribs, getting out of bed and looking in the mirror and seeing my cheek bones are forever visiable ............nothing taste & feels better than "thin" dose.:heart: .

    After a good workout and I put a fresh shirt on that seems tighter, like someone said, sleeves are tight, stomachs nice and flat and chest is pumped, or just after a workout in a wife beater and I have that full body pump and am sweaty...
