Pizza!

I dont know about all of you but i love pizza - but its so loaded with calories!! i went on weight watchers a while back and instead of normal pizza you get a pitta bread put some low fat soft cheese - i like garlic and herb - some smoked salmon, sweetcorn and onion on and bake for 10-15minutes until the pitta is crunchy on the edge. Its lovely!! obviously you can put whatever you want on the top. ENJOY!!

    Calories Carbs Fat Protein
    Warburtons - Square(Ish) Wraps, 1 Wrap 159 25 3 8
    Asda - Tomato Puree , 60 g 52 9 0 4
    Large Whole - Tomato, 182 g 33 7 0 2
    Fresh - Yellow Bell Pepper, 93 g (1 large) 25 6 0 1
    Asda - Mozzerella block(400g) , 50 g 118 0 0 0



    Per Serving: 387 47 3 15

    I also add a splash of balsamic vinegar and some dried herbs and throw in the oven for 15-20 mins.......larvely!!!! :)

    If you buy an 8" Pizza Express Margherita (from any of the supermarkets) you can have half for less than 280 calories. Throw in a massive salad and it makes a nice lunch!

    Thanks for the tip, I love pizza, strangely I like the supermarket kind, but really do not like the takeaway type, (find them to greasy) but I will defo try your recipe x
