Anyone doing the FASTer Way plan or intermittent fasting? My husband and I are starting on Monday (Feb 10).

    Hello! My husband and I are doing the FASTer Way plan. We started about a month ago. We haven't tried intermittent fasting yet. I'm still trying to wrap my head around portion sizes, LOL.
