Tips please!?

Ever since I started working out more I been bloating more! Any tips on how to help this?

    Keep working out. Keep drinking fluid.

    It's almost certainly your body retaining water weight in response to the new exercise. It'll disperse when it's ready. Just know that it's not fat and is perfectly normal.

    Is bloating linked to working out? I never knew that. How did I not know? I've been getting this much more often than usual - I thought it was something I was eating!

    I did a massive leg day and really pushed myself last night. Quite bloated in the thighs this morning and up 500gm. Water weight after new/tough workouts is completely normal.

    Your muscle retains some water to help it repair after exercise.

    I love the water retention that comes with exercise, it makes my muscles pop (especially the glutes) so I don't look like a raisin. If you feel uncomfortable or its in the belly area, could it be a food issue?
