NSV at the gym!

My weight has plateau'd the last couple of weeks, but had a happy thought today as I was at the gym at lunch. After my shower, I was walking around comfortably, wrapped in the tiny little towel that the gym provides - and I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and realized that not only was the towel actually wrapped around me, but it covered everything and stayed up. Clearly I have shrunk. It is nice when those moments happen that make me happy for the hard work I have put into my body and my life-long health.
