I had a sports injury, can’t move like I used to.
It’s time for my 50lbs of depression weight to go.
I could always “make weight” for my sport but I have never had to lose weight.

Sports injuries are tough - sounds like you are a fighter and will find a way to make it happen - you definitely came to the right place for support - you got this!!!0

Sucks getting older eh. Did you do physio for your injury? I'm always getting injured, had surgery in October for one of them, I find physio and determination gets me back to my pre injury shape. Well that an denial
If you were an athlete it'll be easy for you. I was and i find it's easy to slip into the i must do this for a goal mindset0
