indecisive scale needs replaced...

So I need a new scale and there are so many out there, which one would you recommend? Currently, my scale can fluctuate 3-4 pounds everytime I step on it, even within the same 5 minutes, so I take the first two consistent numbers which, I'll admit, is probably not the most accurate method.
Also, when you switch to a new scale, and if the numbers are totally different, how do you adjust that??
Thanks!

Hmmm...does your old scale need new batteries? Odd that it gives you a different reading every five minutes! I got the one I have at my local Costco - seems to be fairly consistent.0
