MFP spit this out today.

I've got 25-30 lbs left to lose as of finally breaking my 7 week plateau. I'm at 178 lbs from 272.

I know the last 10 or 20 is slow as heck, so for now my goal is 165 by Christmas, and hopefully a healthy BMI by my 33rd birthday next February.

7 week plateau ... good for you for sticking with it ! I was stuck for a little over a week and it was driving me crazy.
