Ok, so this is my first post. I have been doing MFP for over a month and have lost 11 pounds. Before and after pics are on my profile, but I feel like I'm losing my curves in all the right spots. Not feeling it! But I am happy with inches lost in my waist. Starting weight 162, current weight 151, goal 145. I'm 5'6. Any tips are helpful!

    I'm finding the boobs go before the belly! Not much you can do about it. But well done on the progress! What exercise are you doing?
  • Doing thirty minutes of cardio in the morning before work and 30 to 45 minutes of jogging/walking in the evening before bed. And sticking with 1200 calories per day.

  • Thanks! I use ten pound weights during cardio. It helps!!
