I love the night. I haven’t noticed a trend. Overall I think anxiety and depression have generally increased with Covid. At night everything gets quiet and there’s not a lot of distraction so people can focus on their emotions more. Could be that.

For me, it's the exact opposite. I wake up with that depressed feeling to start the day on. At night, I fall asleep inside a book. :) But I do have constant munchies at night, maybe that's part of it?

I’m usually tapped out by midnight because I’m up with my kids in the morning but if I stay up late I’m definitely eating late night snacks, if not I go to sleep with hunger pains. But I’m usually asleep by 10:00-11:00 but usually love the night because it’s so quiet.

As someone who deals with insomnia and, let's face it, poor sleep hygiene on occasion, I feel you @TheLastMrBig.

Have you talked to your doctor about working on this from a few different angles?

Mental health, sleep, nutrition and exercise all work hand in hand. It's about finding the right combination of support for YOU.

I hope you get there seeing as it sounds, as you said, miserable right now. Sending you all the positive vibes from Canada to wherever you are 🤗
