 Current weight: 156.4 lbs
 Goal:120lbs(then we shall see?)
3 months in and feeing great. Really happy with my progress so far but going to slow my loss down per week(2lbs a week to 1.5lbs a week till 145lbs. Then 1 pound a week till 135, then 0.5 pounds the rest of the way to goal).
I’ve been walking, running, biking, hiking. I just like eating bigger meals and having more calories to eat. Also working on my cardiovascular fitness. Someday strength/weight lifting will be added. But I’m a notorious cardio bunny, I love cardio and moving. My muscles and bones would thank me if I lifted, I’m just not a fan.

You guys are so inspiring! I'm also a shorty (5' nothin) and I currently just have a 'before' picture.
But I am working really hard to get back on track and drop those pounds! On us short peeps even a little bit of extra weight can look like a lot..6

Nothing to it but to start doing it, pretty soon you are two weeks in, then a month, then two months, & before you know it you’ve done it. Focus on short term, small goals rather than the end goal. That’s what I’m doing, hence I was here celebrating being down to 156.4, it’s not my goal but man have I gotten somewhere good and I’m happy. :-)
