    Hey Y'all. I'm not new to MFP or to health and fitness. Would love to help inspire anyone out there trying to get fit and healthy. Health and Nutrition is what I studied in college, I'm not a trainer or a dietitian but I know a little about what it takes to get in shape and feel good.
