Difference weight training does

Options
I weigh 167 in the first photo and 163 now, the difference was solely weight training mixed with cardio.

Thank you! So I lift weights 6 days out of the week.
    Arms/shoulders
    Legs/thighs
    Abs/waist
    Calves/butt
Back. (I have 2 arm days since that’s where I Carry most of my fat)

This took me 3 months, approximately.

Amazing progress! What was your rate of loss? Was it 0.5 lbs per week?

Just with things I have at home (barbell and dumbbells weight up to 100lbs plates) and a jump rope.
