Pacer synchronization with MFP

I use Pacer to populate my Apple Heath steps into MFP, but I need to manually press "Sync Now" in Pacer to send the data even though I have "Sync Automatically" chosen. Do other Pacer users need to do this? If not, how often does your Pacer app Sync?

    I have to also hit sync. It’s not automatic. I usually will sync post workout early am, then again at night.
