FRENCH FRIES

Take two Idaho potatoes, skin them, and cut them in standard fry size/length. Spray cookie sheet with PAM and bake on 425 F for 25 minutes or to desired crispness. Great side dish since 1 medium potato is 100 calories. Salt to taste, add ketchup, and enjoy.

I go even 1 further. If you beat an eggwhite until frothy, coat the potato slices in the egg white, and then bake. You won't really add any extra calories, but you'll get a crispier fry.0
