Joined a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving this app. It's made me realise, that I am a healthy eater but just need to keep away from the cheese, biscuits and white bread. Have always eaten what I like but as I've got older, I've noticed that weight steadily creeps on. I enjoy exercising, mostly swimming but have been back on my bike, lately and I'm really enjoying the countryside. I'm not much of a gym or class person. So this suits me perfectly.
