so I was looking at my HRM data and for one of my workouts it said I was in the fat burn for 19 minutes and my fitness zone for 10 minutes...does this mean that the harder I work out and the higher my heart rate is I am working in the the fat burn zone and things like stretching/warrming up and low intensity things counted as my fitness zone?

On my heart rate monitor the fitness zone is reached when my heart rate gets beyond a certain level. Below that it is fat burn. So the harder you work the longer you are in fitness level.0
