Over 30 , post breakup

I’ve gained a lot of weight since and then my engagement and I really need to get on track. I’m 5’6.5 and weigh 177. I have an Apple Watch and a Bluetooth scale that breaks down your percentages. I would love some supportive people to work together with and encourage each other. I’m really struggling to get back on the horse

    Basically, rather than looking at the weightless journey as a whole, its just broken down into days because its easier to focus on the day to day rather than the big picture.
    So everyone posts goaks in the morning and then updates on how they got on.
    Its also a very good support group, weightless isn't just what you do or dont put in your mouth.
    You could be on a winning streak and then just have a really really bad day and the grouo would offer support and try even cheer you up!
    Its all positive, all supportive and also a great way to get back on the horse x
