Add me! I will make my diary public (if I can figure out how to do it) I am just under 5 feet tall and have about 45 lbs to lose. How did I get here??? I am forced to do something now..on the cusp of being diabetic. Ugh!! I have begun MFP and splurged for the premium app. Doing macro nutrients and calories. Takes some getting used to but have lost 7 lbs in 2 wks. While still learning, I am happy to help anyone. Good luck....yes, you CAN do this.0
