Hi all, back back back again.
Hubby is high risk so shielding throughout,
I have fibromyalgia, so some days are easier than others to be active.
Have put weight on while on furlough & wondered if anyone else would like to start a group to shed covid pounds,
I’m in the North West of England but I’m often online in the small hours talking to friends in the states.
Currently on low carb interim goal is back to onederland.

I'm working on losing my covid 20. I'm a runner who hasn't been able to run in 4 months... So I'm also trying to get back to that. Unfortunately my gym is still closed, I don't have access to another track, and I live on a very short gravel road lol. I guess I'm going to learn to run laps in the gravel 😒
