Logging eggs

Options
When logging my breakfast should I choose how the egg is cooked rather than snacking the bar code? I usually hard boil them, but every once in a while I have a fried egg. But when I do, I cook it without fats. No oils or butter, I just use the green pan and it doesn’t stick. Do the calories change depending how it is cooked?

Meant scanning the egg, not “snacking”

I don't think how they're cooked affects their calorie count in a significant way unless you're adding oils/sprays, so I have always just logged the eggs. :)

No, just the additions will add to the calorie count. Doesn’t matter how it’s prepared unless you add things.

If I have full control over the cooking method and know it adds no extra calories: I log the egg. I will sometimes have scrambled eggs @ a restaurant and will use an entry for scrambled eggs that includes a higher # of calories/fat to account for oil which I assume they use.
