Hello my MFP fam!
Thank you everyone for your support and motivation. I couldn’t have done it without ya all and there’s still a long way to go but I feel good about the support and lucky to get the guidance. Started hitting the gym when I weighed just under 100 lbs, abnormally skinny but didn’t give up. Gained 40 lbs, for a 5’11 Male there’s still a long way to go but so far so good.
I’m not hurrying up and going steadily.

    You've done wonderful work on yourself. I know it can be pretty difficult bulking when you're naturally thin, but you look great and healthy. All the best to your future efforts.

    Looking good and doing well, steady sounds like a plan. I have hips that I'm working on for better athletic movement and posture
