How to make a healthy meal plan?

I won’t lie to you, it’s hard work. You need to sit down and plan meals, then make a grocery list. One way to start is with what you have. Do you have rice/quinoa/beans etc in the pantry? There’s also lots of meal plans on Pinterest or eatingwell.com that you can use. Sometimes it’s easiest to start with just one meal (Ex: plan all your suppers) and then when you’re used to that are your lunches, then finally breakfast.3
