Hi everybody, my name's Brianne. This is my first time ever using a fitness app, and I've got to say, it helps regulate my eating and exercising behaviors very well! I haven't lost any weight yet, however, I and others see the tone I'm gaining and I'm feeling more energetic. I've gotten used to cutting my portions in half and staying away from sugary foods. I'm gonna do my best to keep it up so I can get back to being in great shape like I was before my girls!
