Timelord seeking companions

Hello! I'm not new to MFP, but I've been gone a while so I made a new account to start over.



As you might gather, I'm a DW fan. I'm generally a geek, really, into video games (mostly RPGs and MMOs) and super hero films. I've dabbled in anime and Start Trek, I've watched Star Wars more times than I can count and read the EU... before it was made irrelevant. (sigh.) But my friends generally lean toward the geekier side of things.



I'm also a mom.



IS Rose. Present tense, not past. Also, the name is a coincidence, I SWEAR. I didn't start my DW journey until after she was born. She's ten now, and high functioning autistic. Which is actually how I fell off the wagon. Things got stressful for a few years and I fell into bad habits.





When things finally settled down, I realized that taking care of myself is just as important as taking care of her. So here I am... back again.



My goals are pretty simple: Lose fifteen to twenty pounds...




And get back to running 3-5 miles a day the way I used to.




About my fitness lifestyle...



I'm not a clean eater. I believe in everything in moderation. I also am basically the most boring eater imaginable, so if you're looking for recipes, you're looking at the wrong girl.



I'm also pretty quiet. I'm not a big talker, but I love reading about what everyone else is up to. If you don't mind a lurker, maybe we could be friends?
