Starting Over After Injury

Hey folks!
I've found myself restarting or continuing my health journey after a hiatus due to an ankle fracture coupled with a torn ligament (falling while working on my HVAC). I'm hoping to find support and guidance on safely returning to exercise. Any advice and companionship is welcomed. 😁

I have only ever sprained an ankle, but wrapping it right seemed to help, especially with running. I did tear my shoulder up pretty badly a couple of years ago. My biggest lesson learned was to listen to it and don’t push it but at the same time don’t baby it or it will not begin to rebuild. I more or less let fear of injuring it again hold me back for a long time and it was a bad move. Unfortunately, you’ll need to walk the razors edge on this one.0
