Hey there ladies! The last week of the challenge...WOW! Where did the time go! Well the last challenge for the week is going back to our roots! "Burn Bay Burn". I want you guys to work it out this week and make it count!

:noway: already what happen i apolgize ladies i did really bad i failed and the sad thing is at my apartment the rule is if you have to workout inside your apartment it has to be between the hours of 9am - 5pm what the hell is that i am at work ...i have to figure out what to do because i love working out in the mornings now is not a problem because i can run outside my problem is when the weather gets bad anyway too much rambling ......my goal is to do 3000 calorties .....we can do it LADIES0

I cannot believe this challenge is over... I hit the ground running w/ awesome losses in the beginning and over the last month have hit a plateau which caused me to lose some of my motivation and grrr.... Ok so last week of the challenge and I am determined to see a loss on them stupid behind scales of mine! I am going to say 1500 calories for the week! LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!0

wow I can't believe it's the last week. I"m not exactly where I wanted to be at this point but I'll take any loss as a success With some injuries and a crazy work schedule this week my goal this week is 2000.0

sooo grad school is kicking my butt and it's only the 2nd week, so exercise is going to be minimal while i adjust... goal is only 1000 calories, and even that is pushing it.
