punches & a breathing question

I was doing punches yesterday,
upper cuts, jabs and such and I've notice I have an respiratory reflex after each push (expiatory noise), this is new, is this something to worry about? I have no other symptoms

Happens to me too - I've never really thought about it being a problem though.0 -
I have had the same thing happen. Its kinda weird and cool at the same time...I am hoping someone can answer this question.0

I am quite sure that it is nothing to worry about. When in combat, when punching and kicking, exhaling while punching and kicking allow you to exert yourself with greater power, making for more powerful punches and kicks. It is your body's natural response to do this while punching. So try forcefully exhaling while uppercutting and punching and see what difference it makes. Hope this helps some!0
